Photo Experience Guidelines

Photography by Approval Only
To keep things calm for our horses and guests, all photo sessions require approval. Reach out ahead of time so we can schedule your shoot and go over the details.

Typical Availability
We are a boarding facility. Therefore the times when our boarders are being accommodated may not be available. However, we’re open to working with you to find a slot that fits.

Respecting the Space
Our horses’ comfort comes first. Please avoid glitter, confetti, smoke, flash photography or anything that could disturb them or disrupt the atmosphere.

Photographer Limit
We allow a maximum of two photographers per session to keep the experience focused and manageable.

Family Pets
Pets are welcome with prior approval. We’ll help decide if it’s a good fit for your session and safe for everyone involved.

We keep these guidelines in place so the space works for both our horses and our guests. We offer a setting that feels real, open, and full of character, perfect for creating images that capture a true connection between people, animals, and the outdoors. Get in touch to book your spot and we’ll make it happen.
